If you want to stay focused on your work and do a quality job, then mute your phone. It prevents you from being distracted. One simple notification can turn into hours of scrolling and browsing as if you became enchanted with the variety of the content on Social Media. This small trick can save your hours and help you become more productive.

#10 BE THE FIRST

Wake up early! It gives you a feeling of being the first before the day! It uplifts and motivates you. Go for a run or take a deep breath! Exercise! Take a shower! Start journaling! Besides, it will give you extra time to schedule/plan your day. 

#11 LET YOUTUBE REMIND YOU TO TAKE A BREAK 

Go to your Settings > General and make sure that Remind me to take a break & Remind me when it’s bedtime are on! Thus you can track down how many hours you spend on the platform.
