One simple favor can change someone’s life forever.

If you want to stay focused on your work and do a quality job, then mute your phone. It prevents you from being distracted. We all know that One simple notification can eventually turn into hours of scrolling and browsing as if you became enchanted with the variety of the content on Social Media. And, this small trick can really save you hours and help you become more productive.
